This is a composite fabric produced by warp knitting machine.It consists of a layer
of fleece, a layer of transparent film and a nylon spandex fabric.It has the
characteristics of waterproof and windproof, and it is used for outdoor coat in winter.
Notice:Please wash in water temperature below 60 degree,don't sunshine&ironing;don't use
bleach&softener,don't wash with other fabric.

Ordering process
| 1. Inquiry-Professional quotation. |
| 2. Confirm the price, lead time, payment term etc. |
| 3.Our sales send the Proforma Invoice. |
| 4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt. |
| 5.Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time. |
| 6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in. Confirm the estimated delivery time again. |
| 7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection. |
| 8. Clients make payment for balance and we Ship the goods.Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients. |

FAQ
*Sample Rule
We offer you free samples as your requirement. If you are the first time to cooperate with us, the
postage should be paid by you. When you place the order, we will return it back to you. In the next
cooperations, we will be in charge of it.
*Lap Dips and Strick Offs
1.For dyed fabric: Confirm the colors from Pantone Book, and we will finish it in 2-4 days.
2.For printed fabric: Confirm the designs, we will make strick-offs for approral before the bulk
production, and it will spend about 5-7 days.
*Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
1.Knitted Fabric: 200KGS per color (600meter)
Any smaller quantity is also welcomed!
*Payment and Packing
1. We accept TT and L/C at sight, other payment terms can be negotiated.
2. Usually rolled with paper tube inside, transparent plastic bag and weaving polybag outside or
as customers' requirement.
